The ATP Cup is a new team tournament which opens the men’s tennis season each January. Cingularity is providing onsite engineering and a 10G network connecting the venues in Perth, Brisbane and Sydney with 24xJ2K plus data. The world feed production for all venues is carried out at the Sydney venue by ATP Media.
The finished world feed plus 21 additional feeds will then be encoded into MPEG 4:2:2 10bit and be carried over the Cingularity network from Sydney to London where it is uplinked to satellite for global distribution.
